Eligibility for Return
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, pillows and comforters can only be returned if they are unopened and unused.
Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return
Contact our customer support team through email, Facebook page, or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method (if applicable).
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
